We are excited to host a community Trunk or Treat event on Saturday, October 31st from 5:00-7:00 (3:00-8:00 volunteer time). We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help in the following areas:
Trunk Hosts: Decorate your vehicle and hand out treats (GP will provide candy)
Inside Table Hosts: Decorate a table and hand out treats inside (GP will provide candy)
Treat Coordinators: help with popcorn & drink distribution
Hot Dog Preparation: grill up some delicious hot dogs
Bounce House Supervision: making sure everyone has fun and is safe
Floaters: helping to relieve trunk hosts who need a break or to restock candy bowls
Welcome Area: welcome families, and direct them to the start of the event, answer questions, hand out GP info
Event Set up & Clean up help
Candy Donation: If you can't attend, consider donating candy at our candy drop booth in the lobby 9/28-10/25
Hosts will need to plan on having trunks or tables decorated by 4:30
